Research Progress of Loose Nanofiltration Membrane Prepared Via Phase Inversion Method

With the rise of the textile industry, the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater has grown up to be a hot spot in the industry. The key is how to efficiently separate organic dyes and inorganic salts. Due to its loose membrane structure, the loose nanofiltration membrane has a high dye rejection rate and good salt permeability, which has unique advantages in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. Article focuses on the research progress in the preparation of loose nanofiltration membranes by phase inversion. The effect of nanomaterial modification the performance of the prepared loose nanofiltration membranes. The existing problems are analyzed, and the future research direction of using phase inversion method to make loose nanofiltration membrane is prospected.

Research and Evaluation on Drag Reduction Mechanism of Polymer Additive in Pipe Flow

Drag reduction performance of slick water is one of the key factors affecting fracturing, but the physical mechanism has still not been clearly identified. This paper aims to build a drag reduction modeling of polymer additives dissolved in hydrocarbon in pipe flow on the basis of Giesekus constitutive equation, which was validated by the loop experiment later. The model was applied to calculate the drag reduction rate of polyacrylamide tetrapolymer additive (DR800) in turbulent flow. Indoor loop experiments were introduced for parameter validation and model verification. Although the physical mechanism has still not been clearly identified, the modeling was aimed to explain the contribution of different components: viscous shear stress, Reynolds shear stress and viscoelastic shear stress. It turned out that as the complexity of the flow increased, the viscous contribution and viscoelastic contribution decreased while the turbulence contribution increased. In low Reynolds numbers, viscoelastic shear stress contributed most to friction coefficient while the turbulence can be neglected. In high Reynolds numbers, the contribution of turbulence increased rapidly thus to be the dominating part of the overall contribution, followed by viscoelasticity, and the least was viscous shear stress. By performing consistent comparisons between modeling and experimental results, it can be seen that the model can predict the drag reduction rate of DR800 in a range, which can be used for field production and guidance.

Study and Evaluation of ASP Flooding in Daqing Oilfield

The field experiment of AlkaliSurfactantPolymer flooding utilizing domestic plant oil carboxylate surfactant firstly on the N block in Daqing oilfield is investigated. Imported sulphonate surfactant used as ASP flooding in Daqing oilfield utilizing is more costly. To reduce cost and increase economic efficiency, plant oil surfactant was firstly employed on the N block in Daqing oilfield. In this experiment, PBH808E carboxylate was used as surface active agent. The test results of asp flooding through indoor core displacement experiment and field experiment were analyzed. It presented that the oil recovery of ASP flooding was more than 20 percent compared with water flooding. Oil emulsification was important to effect oil recovery efficiency. Tracking and adjusting system viscosity can get better trial result. Study and evaluation in this test have a positive effect on the research of ASP flooding in Daqing oilfield.

Numerical Simulation of Gas Injection in Leng X Block

Leng X block,the development stage by inject water,has a large area of development after 2006. Area of oil has together 3.5 km2,geological reserves have 3.19×106 tons. The physical properties of reservoir are poor and the average permeability is 15×10-3μm2,it is a typical of low permeability reservoir. The reservoir have difficulty in water injection, poor well conditions and low production.“Gas injection” is the most efficient recovery method of low permeability reservoir .In accordance with the geological features of Leng X block, by using multicomponent model of software, threedimensional geological model was established, production history was matched and performance was predicted .The oil recovery of reservoir can be improved by gas injection. 

Evaluation of SP Flooding Effect of Different Size Slug Combination with EquiMobility

Since the implementation of SP Flooding in Jin 16 block of Liaohe oilfield, there are still some problems existing in some injection wells. For example, the monolayer liquid absorption amount is too large and front advance velocity in each layer is not uniform, which resulted in the faster rising of polymer concentration in production wells. In order to evaluate the SP flooding effect of different size slug combination with equimobility, SP flooding experiments were conductedusing homogeneous and heterogeneity core. The results showed that the oil recovery of Equimobility Displacement method was 3.54% higher than the conventional single slug SP flooding when the polymer and surfactant were used with the same dosage. Equimobility the diversion rate of the medium and low permeability layer can be obviously improved when the displacement method was uesd. Conversely, the high permeability layer was reduced. Therefore, a reasonable combination of different size equimobility SP slug can effectively improve the oil recovery efficiency of the heterogeneous core.

Numerical Simulation Research on Improving Effect of Steam Flooding on High Permeability Layer

Development of the reservoir in A block of Liaohe oilfield present compound rhythm reservoirs, high permeability layer among the reservoir, according to the real situation that high permeability layer exist, for the efficient utilization of producing remaining oil by horizontal well, that need to optimize locations, trajectory, length of horizontal well and vapor injection parameters. A fine geological model which reflects the characteristics of the reservoir in studied area was constructed with Petrel and CMG software. Optimize locations, trajectory, length of horizontal well and vapor injection parameters upon the history matching. The research result shows that steam override, after reaching high permeability layer, the steam makes fast breakthrough in high permeability layer, keeping on upward heating the reservoirs with large contact area. Finally the reservoirs can be uniformly swept in the vertical direction. The numerical simulation accurately predicts the optimized horizontal well can effective exploit the residual oil.

Face Permeability Modification to Improve the Numerical Simulation Accuracy

The sedimentary environment of H oil fields in Daqing is complicated, and the data of well logs are limited, so it is hard to use faciescontrolled modeling to predict the heterogeneity of the layers between wells. Using the data of the digital phase for micro layer and the geological research results as the constraint conditions,analyzing statistical regression of multiple phase permeability variation curves of the channels, the permeability ratio relations between edge and middle of the channel are definited. The results show that: in contact with a different deposition, the permeability in channel edge is about 0.2~04 times as high as the center channel. The results can be used as a constraint condition in faciescontrolled modeling process. The properties of the spatial distribution of reservoir parameter heterogeneity characterization accuracy and conformity can also be improved.

Analysis of Temperature Field for Super Heavy Oil Pipeline

The heat transfer was analyzed for undergrand super heat oil pieline, and the pipeline and soil temperature field model was eatablished, a numerical simulation was proceeded. Then through compared the field experiment data collection with the results of numerical simulation, the results show that the current insulation measures can meet the engineering requirements.
